Talk to your doctor or pharmacist about your medication
Diet Log is a notebook you fill in yourself. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose or treat anything, and it does not promise that you will lose weight. Decisions about your dose, how you take your medication, and any change in how you feel belong to your doctor or pharmacist.
Your entries stay on the device β usage data does not
Daily entries are stored on your iPhone, and there is no account and no sign-in. Separately, to improve the app we send usage data (a per-device anonymous ID, device model, OS version, and which screen was opened when) to our server. There is no switch inside the app to turn this off.
